eGive provides Not-for-Profit Organizations with a complete turnkey electronic solution for collecting donations that is easy, efficient, cost effective and increases giving. eGive makes good stewardship easy for the donor and affordable for Not-for-Profit Organizations. eGive pays for itself and provides Not-for-Profit Organizations with the information required for donor giving records and future campaigns (especially low-cost Email campaigns). Recurring donations can be used to sell scripts to raise funds or to receive monthly, quarterly, or annual donations using eGive. eGive is only able to accept donations for organizations located in the United States of America.

eGive's mission is to help Churches and Not For Profit Organizations and Charities to increase their giving at the lowest possible cost. For this reason eGive offers special pricing (no monthly fee until you build up to a level of 90 recurring donations per month) to Not For Profit Organizations and Charities to free up as much money as possible for your mission.

How eGive works

Place the eGive button on your web site and when this button is clicked your supporter will be taken directly to a secure giving signup form that preselects your organization. A link to your web site will be placed on the eGive partners page at http://www.egive-usa.com/partners/.

eGive will then debit the Givers payment accounts. One credit is made weekly to your organization's bank account and your organization may access reports detailing the gifts by signing into the receiver side of the eGive system. All reports are available as csv (comma separated value) files to further automate the process of posting gifts if your giving accounting software accepts data imports. We have an API for those that want a custom interface between the eGive database and their software.

How much does eGive cost

ACH Only (Electronic Check Withdrawal)

eGive charges a One-time setup fee of $250 and all ACH items are 75 cents each with no monthly fee. This setup fee is to recover the cost of adding your organization to our secure database and creating a branded, secure online giving form that has your organization's logo, name, address and phone number. High volume customers (with more than 90 recurring transactions per month) will be offered a lower per item fee of 20 cents with a monthly fee of $49 (to lower your cost). If you anticipate a volume of more than 500 recurring items per month please click on contact us in the upper right hand corner and either Email or call for an estimate of cost.

Credit Card Giving (requires an ACH giving account and is optional)

  • 40 cents per item
  • $20 per month
  • 2.15% discount rate on qualifying Visa and MasterCard gifts

eGive is responsible for the giving process from beginning to end reducing the Organization's daily burden of handling, depositing and processing checks.

eGive will encourage donors to set up a monthly giving amount but will accept one-time contributions. Place a link to eGive on your web site giving donors an easy way to make their donation online at a low cost while capturing vital donor information.
